Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Deposit Policy Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from ELux Rides. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 1 month of your scheduled service. Cancellations made more than 1 month in advance may be eligible for a full refund or date change. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding day. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your reservation. No-shows and cancellations within 1 month of your wedding day will result in forfeiture of your payment. If you need to make changes to your reservation, including changes to the date, time, or passenger details, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, changes may be subject to availability and could affect pricing. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
