Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Deposit Policy Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from ELux Rides. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or date change. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of pick up. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your reservation. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit. If you need to make changes to your reservation, including changes to the date, time, or passenger details, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, changes may be subject to availability and could affect pricing. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hours of the booking), the deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
